We did the same implementation & mapping for Accounts Object and it returned back the field value in Source from the Target.

Now, we are doing the same for contacts as well but it is not returing the Zoho ID field value in Source from the Target under the package "SFDC Prod - Zoho Prod - Contacts Upsert Testing".

Hello Michael,

Sorry for the long response.

We weren't able to reproduce your situation on our side. Please check if the source object(Zoho_ID__c) allows update operation.

Please see about requirements for Returning option here: https://docs.skyvia.com/data-integration/import/how-to-create-import-task.html

Should you have any other questions, don't hesitate to reach out.

Best regards,

Serhii

Hello Serhii,

We migrated some records in Salesforce, but during that migration, Zoho ID wasn't synced back to Salesforce ZohoID field. Now, we are using Upsert Operation.
Scenarios is like: We are migrating the records from Salesforce to Zoho & from Zoho, we are syncing back Zoho ID field value to Salesforce records. But some of records hasn't been updated. In this case, what approach do we need to use?

I used the ID field as well but the result is same. Zoho ID is not syncing back in Salesforce Zoho ID field.

Hi Michael,

I meant just an ID field, as I added on my screenshot. Please change and let us know the result.

Best regards,

Serhii

Thanks for the update.

But we are also using the same mapping. But it is not syncing back the ZohoID in Salesforces Zoho ID field.
I've added the screenshot as well
