Returning is not working. And the package also takes a lot of time in Queued state

We have a created an import package. Source is from SFDC & target is Zoho One CRM. We are using Returning feature to get back Zoho ID in Salesforce. We have faced 2 different issues here:

1. After setting Returning checkbox, the package takes a lot of time for running. The packages stays in Queued state for more that 15 minutes.

2. The records gets imported at Zoho One CRM end but it didn't synced back the Zoho ID in Salesforce.

We do have the premium subsrcription of Skyvia.

Thank you for your patience with this request.

1. The packages can stay in queuing for some period of time due to the queue of packages executing at the same time. The returning setting does not affect that.

2. As we see, in your package SFDC Prod - Zoho Prod where the Returning option is enabled, you don't have a correct mapping. You have the Names mapped, but not the ID's.
