Resending this one.

I have an UPSERT package that runs on a daily basis looking for all the updated information from Yesterday (https://app.skyvia.com/#/96199/packages/149061). Now I need to change this package, so it can be run every 5 minutes, but I'm unsure how can I accomplish this.

Would it be enough to change the Time setting of the package, so it runs every 5 minutes, while keeping the filter of the Task the same?

Thank you Mariia, I decided to post here as I later realized I don't manage the inbox that I used to contact support the first time.

Thank you for the answer!

Unfortunately, I'm unable to make any changes on the package because I'm hitting a connection error:  The remote server returned an error: (429) Too Many Requests.

How can I apply the changes?

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us.

This error is related to Freshdesk API rate limits. We would recommend you contact Freshdesk support to check your current limits and the possibility to increase or reset them.

Some useful information:

Best regards,

Mariia
