Is it possible to setup integration packages between Sage ERP and Salesforce ? We want to have this feature setup and would prefer to Skyvia for this if possible.

At the moment, Sage ERP is not supported in Skyvia. We will consider the possibility to create REST connection for Sage ERP and contact you as soon as possible.

Actually, we are using the Sage X3 product and want to integrate with Salesforce.

We could not find Sage X3 REST API documentation. If we have a documentation which describes the REST API metadata, we would try supporting Sage X3. But without a proper documentation we could support Sage X3.

For example Sage One has a proper documentation which describes object metadata: https://developer.sageone.com/docs/en/v1

If you find the corresponding documentation for Sage X3, we will try to support it.

I found the below documentation page :

http://online-help.sageerpx3.com/erp/wp-static-content/static-pages/en_US/v7dev/api-guide_api-reference-guide.html

It has some mentions of GTE,PUT etc REST API methods. Please check if that helps.

Unfortunately, it is impossible to create REST connection for Sage X3. We will consider the possibility to implement separate connector for Sage X3, however, we can't tell any timeframe regarding this at the moment. We will contact you as soon as any results are available.

Here is a link to an article which explain how we can use REST API for Sage.

https://sagecity.na.sage.com/support_communities/sage_erp_x3/b/sageerp_x3_product_support_blog/posts/how-to-use-rest-web-services-to-get-and-post-a-record

SO my guess is Skyvia can provide options to create connections to Sage. Even if it just allows the basic GET and POST features without too many options.

Dear Marina,

Sage X3 API documentation does not provide any metadata information, i.e. lists of the objects and fields, rest endpoints, data types, etc. It is impossible to implement REST connector for this data source without this information.

Best regards,

Mariia
