Salesforce chunking size

  Hi,

Is there a way to set the chunk size of an import/update for Salesforce? We hit apex limits when importing records due to automation (Process builder/flow) that we have setup. Jitterbit allows for the specification of the chunk size, which when set small enough allows the records to insert. Is this possible with Skyvia?

Thanks!

Hi!

Unfortunately, there is no way to set manually the batch size.

By default, Skyvia uses Salesforce SOAP API to query data from Salesforce and Bulk API to load data to Salesforce. You can disable Bulk API use in the Advanced connection parameters. See more here

https://docs.skyvia.com/connectors/cloud-sources/salesforce_connections.html

https://docs.skyvia.com/connectors/cloud-sources/Salesforce_API_and_API_Calls.html

Best regards,

Mariia

When I tried disabling bulk I still hit apex limits due to the 200 batch size. Do you have any plans for making the batch size customizable?

Hi!

This feature request is on our roadmap. Unfortunately, there is no ETA for its implementation.

Once there are any details, we will let you know.

Best regards,

Mariia
