Hello,

We have a salesforce sandbox with a my domain defined and SSO set. It prevents from login from test.salesforce.com.

We're trying to check how skyvia will work when we set this configuration in our production environment. SSO

When I try to create a connection I understand that I have to choose the Custom URL in the environment field, but when I try to log in I get errors:

1.- OAuth authentication:

oauth custom url

2.- user/pwd/token authentication:

user/pwd url invalid

I had a look to the documentation but I couldn't find specific info for custom urls, only that it's possible to define them.

Can you help me please?

Thanks

Sandra.

Hello Sandra,

Please try specifying the URL without https://, i.e., in this format: yourcompanyname.my.salesforce.com

Please let us know if it works.

Best regards,

Hello Mariia,

I cleared cache, created the connection from scratch writing the URL  without the https://  as you told me previously but still get the same error.

Thanks,

Sandra.

Hello Sandra,

We have re-checked the issue and we cannot reproduce it. We have also tried using your URL  (from the screenshot in your first message) and we were redirected to your subdomain after clicking "Sign In with Salesforce" (the window for entering credentials was shown without error). It works in both cases: with https:// and without it.

Please give us the exact steps for your scenario or send us a video where this error is shown.

Best regards,

Mariia
