Hi,

We have recently renewed our subscription.


It seems that the autoclean got toggled back to "off" & we are somehow using 255GB (see attached image), 

Also anything before Nov. 14 is gone

Please advise

We have made some changes that were possibly causing the issue. Please try to re-enable the autoclean again and let us know if the situation repeats.

Hi, 

I was able to enable the autoclean however the backups are still missing. Can you restore the the snapshots prior to Nov. 14?

We need the information

Thank you for your response. 

 

Please note that we have brought back your old snapshots. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by our internal issue. We will analyze the possible cause of this situation to avoid it in the future.

Kindly check your Backup settings again, delete not used snapshots and set up the schedule for automatic execution.
