salesforce odata connect through Skyvia to sql database

 From time to time, we receive the following error when connecting to Skyvia via Salesforce Odata:

First error: [null] The remote operation timed out. Try again later. If the error persists, contact Salesforce Customer Support. Attempted to reach this URL:[intentionally obscuredXXXXXX/Contacts?%24top=1&%24filter=DateChanged%20ge%202020-08-10T...

Can you advise why this is happening?
