I've created a package to upsert the data - Salesforce to Salesforce. However, when I try to select the external id, it isn't showing any fields. Could you help me, please?

Dear Hari,
Please click the Refresh button in the Task Editor and try to select the External Id field once again.

Please open your target Salesforce connection and click the "Clear now" link near the Metadata Cache parameter. Save the connection and try again:
If the issue still remains, please check that the necessary field is marked as External Id in Salesforce.
