We would like to schedule daily extracts from Salesforce have a couple of questions please:

1- Can we relabel the fields on the export package e.g. Field Location__c to be Location in the output?

2- Is there a way to schedule SQL queries to be extracted and put on an SFTP server?

Hello Ramtin,

Thank you for submitting a ticket with us.

1. At the moment, it's not possible to rename columns on export packages. We can offer you the following option: you tell us package number, specify the objects and columns you want to rename and their desired names. For example:

Account object:

AccountId - > "AccountId_Test"

Name - > "TestName", etc.

Or you can compose it in the SQL format:

"SELECT t.Id as "IdMain", t.OwnerId, t.IsDeleted, t.Name as "NameMain", t.CreatedDate, t.CreatedById, t.LastModifiedDate, t.LastModifiedById, t.SystemModstamp, t.Ext__c as "Test" FROM Account AS t"

After this, we will change SQL that is used for execution of your Export package according to your goal.

2. SQL queries run with the help of Skyvia Query cannot be scheduled. All queries can be run manually only. After you have executed the query, Skyvia allows to view queried data in the browser and export it as PDF or CSV files to your PC.

We are looking forward to hearing from you, should you have any questions.
