Hi skyvia ,

We have a export package scheduled to  run daily on weekdays at 2.30 AM
today the 25.11.2022 , it ran at 2.52, 22 minutes later than normal. run id: 113778884

I'm trying to troubleshoot why this happened, did you have any known issues on your side at this point?

Another scheduled job we have at 2.50 am ran as normal.
There is a dependency between these two job running in sequence, as they work on the same records.

any thoughs would be appreciated.

We had an insignificant problem with the queue so some packages started later, it's already been successfully fixed.
