Scheduled jobs no longer running after reaching data integration limit

On 12/23 we reached our plan's data integration record limit of 500K.  From that point it should charge us 0.06 per additional 1000 records, but it appears that the job schedule just stopped.  There are no runs since that afternoon.

After attempting to run it manually, I receive an error saying "You have reached a limit of records".

This has been solved.  I finally saw that there is a toggle to actually allow the 0.06 / 1000 record billing that has to be switched on too.
