Hello! My Import operation seemed to be working up until a certain point when it suddenly cut out stating the following:

An exception has occurred during upsert operation, the message returned from the provider is: The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request.

And now when attempting a new run, it quits out immediately stating the above. The first attempt managed to reacch just over 10k records, and was about 1 hour and 10 minutes into the operation. This operation is between an Amazon S3 bucket as the source, and a Salesforce organisation as the target.

Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated!

Kind regards.

Hello!

We have checked the logs of your package. Salesforce returns the following error: "ApiBatchItems Limit exceeded."

You can find your batch statistics in the Salesforce admin panel. Thus, you will be able to run your package the next day, when the limit will be reset.

Some useful information https://skyvia.com/resources/docs/index.html?salesforce_api_and_api_calls.htm

Best regards,

Mariia
