I am having the same problem with everyone else. Can you please fix ASAP. This is a production environment we are using your import packages on.

We continue working on eliminating this issue completely. We are sorry for the inconvenience with this.
Can you please advise what the issue was? Also, is there an after hours contact, so I can notify someone of widespread outages? Seems like this would be beneficial for everyone. It would be good to get some acknowledgement that the issue is being investigated as this would allow me to notify my clients of what is going on.
I would even consider subscribing to a support plan if it means we can get 24/7 support or 4 hours SLA response as this is a production environment I am using your service on.
