SFMC replication page failure - "Error accessing web service."

The replication package I have running for SFMC failed overnight, when I attempt to re-run the pacakge, it fails after between 1-30 minutes with the error message: "Error accessing web service." Nothing in Salesforce looks to have changed since last week and there are no issues when I test the connection from Skyvia to SFMC or to the PostgreSQL database. This is an urgent issue since we have many dashboards that rely on this data.

Thanks!

Hello Allen,

Thank you for contacting the Skyvia Support team.

Please allow us to debug your package. We will not access your data, the package will be executed with extended logging several times.

We look forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards,

Nataliia

Nataliia,

Please move forward with whatever tasks may need to be completed on your end, if there's any particular information you need from me please let me know. The package in reference is named 'Sync'. Previously it was replicating three tables from SFMC to PostgreSQL (this package had run successfully with few hiccups for months) but now I have it attempting to replicate only one.

Thanks!

Hi Allen,

We have investigated the issue and came to a conclusion that the issue appeared on the SFMC end.

At the moment your packages run successfully.

Could you please check on your end?

Sabina,

I really appreciate your efforts here, thank you.

I have been able to successfully run these packages now.

I was hoping you could provide a bit more insight on what caused this issue and what changed between yesterday and today that allowed the packages to be run succesfully? I want to be sure that I can eliminate the chances of the occuring again as best I can.

Thanks!

Hello Nataliia and Sabina,

Thanks again for your assistance on this issue.

I am still looking for some more information on what occurred last week and what was modified to allow the packages to run effectively, considering these packages ran for months with few errors.

I want to have some assurance that this issue will not occur moving forward since it had a large impact on our team last week.

Thanks
