SFTP access denied but connection test ok

Hello,

Created SFTP connection and conectino test is good no issues here.

I checked SFTP credentials using different software (fillezila) and i can connect and i have read and write rights.

But when i try to do import to SFTP i got error: Access Denied

What can be an issue?

Please make sure both Skyvia IPs are whitelisted: 40.118.246.204 and 13.86.253.112.

Hello,

 

We looked at our SFTP server and there is no ip blocking setup so every ip technically is allowed.

What else could this be?
