SFTP Connection Attempt Failed

Error Message: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond

 Actually, we are from Sweet Potato Tec and want to use this product for the business use case.

Basically, We are trying to export data to SFTP from Salesforce. While testing the SFTP connection, we are getting this error only.

We have whitelisted all the IP addresses mentioned in the Skyvia documentation. Still getting this error.

Could you please provide the resolution asap? Waiting for your response. Thanks in advance.

Could you please check the correctness of whitelisted IPs - 40.118.246.204, 13.86.253.112, and 52.190.252.0 and try to create new conneсtion from the scratch?
