Hello -

I recieve a No Such File Error when I try to source any .csv file from an SFTP location for an import package. I have determined that it is not the file structure, as I am able to import the same file using the PC Upload source. It appears to be strictly limited to the remote connection. I have attached a screenshot below:

Please let me know if it is an issue with the tool, or if there are restrictions that may exist due to SFTP.

Thanks,

- Nick

Most likely, the issue is related to the permissions on the folder where the file is located, i.e. probably, you don't have permissions to read the files from this folder.
Thus, please check your permissions on this folder.

If permissions are correct, please perform the following steps:

1) Create any other folder with the proper access rights, add this file to this folder and try your scenario again.
2) Please also try your scenario in case if your file is available in the root.

Looking forward to your reply.

I have tested several different permutations, and I cannot resolve the issue. The file is visible in the Skyvia browser, but upon selection, the No Such File error message returns.

My one concern is that this is being housed on a proprietary SFTP service called MoveIt - one that may have some "quirks" in the way it operates. Have you had any experience with this platform, particularly issues with how it works with Skyvia? If so, do you have any information re: a resolution?

Thanks,

- Nick

No, we do not have any experience with this platform. And, unfortunately, we cannot give you any resolution for this issue at the moment except the recommendation to check  the configuration of your SFTP and contact their support.

Meanwhile, we will request MoveIt to provide us with a trial and try testing it with Skyvia. We will definitely contact you you if any news regarding this are available.

Additional Note: your CSV file seems to have whitespace in its name. Please try renaming it to Panergy_Extract.csv or PanergyExtract.csv. Notify us about the results.

I have tried this solution as well - no luck. I am getting into a serious time - crunch here, and without a solution, we may have to try a different integration tool. This is not optimal, as we have set up jobs that would be difficult to migrate to a new tool. However, this is an essential integration, and we would be forced to take that action.

Please let me know.

Thanks,

- Nick

As we have said, this issue is mostly related to the configuration of SFTP server. Unfortunately, MoveIt didn't provide us with a trial for some reason, so we are unable to try it with Skyvia. We recommend you to contact their support in order to find the solution for this issue.
