Hi,

I am testing and trying to upsert hubspot contacts (the Source) to shopify customers (the Target).

I was able to create the customer in the targer based on a contact property change in the source.

We have properties the source that we need to populate as Metafields in the target. I'm creating a new task using Shopify/CustomerMetafields, but I don't understand how to do the mapping ( see attached file).

Let's suppose I have a Source property called "DISTRIBUTOR_ID" and a Target Metafield called "DistributorID". How do I map that?

Hello Thierry,

Thank you for contacting Skyvia Support team.

If the source and target columns have the same name, column mapping is applied automatically. It simply maps the target column to a source column.

Also, you can obtain a value for a target column from any target or source object. You need to specify the object and its column to get the value from, the lookup key column, and the corresponding source column or constant. For that you can use Target Lookup or Source lookup mapping.

Please see more information in the guide to know about each mapping type:

https://docs.skyvia.com/data-integration/common-package-features/mapping/index.html

Should you have any further questions, let us know.

Best regards,

Nataliia
