skyvia access to psql database

Hello! Wonder to start use skyvia to send database content to mailchimp. Our database is Psql, and are not running with public ip. I have contacted our ips and they could open for acces to skyvia , but needs to look the access to source ip. Do you have a souce ip/ ip for that?

The solution look very nice, hope that it's simple to transfer the data from database to mailchimp

Hello Adele! Skyvia uses the following static IP address  - 40.118.246.204.

Superb! Then i will try make an exeption in the firewall for that ip

i have now got my ips to open access from database server to skyvia ip: 40.118.246.204 . But it looks like it tryes to connect buts times out.

the ips have set the database server with new public ip only acceable for 40.118.246.204, he have nat-ed in the servers ipadress to the public. Should it be possible to connect then?

The user is named www with trust as password (are not requiring password)

 

Om our /etc/postgresql/9.1/main/pg_hba.conf file i have addes this line:

host    eurofoto         www             40.118.246.204/32       trust
