Skyvia Agent service stopping directly after starting

I have installed the Skyvia Agents on different servers for customers were we need to connect to their database.

However, I am currently running into an issue where the Skyvia Agent service is automatically stopped immediately after starting it.

The agent is installed via de commandline (run as administrator) via

c:\program files (x86)\Skyvia Agent\Skyvia.Agent.Client.exe -i

The service was installed correctly and it was listed in the Services list. However after starting it, it stopped automatically right after it.

The eventlog only show "Skyvia Agent started succesfully" followed by "Skyvia AGent stopped succesfully". No errors.

Any idea what might be going on or what else to try or check?

Problem is solved.

The service stopped immediately due to incorrect security key file.

File must be named "skyvia_security_agent.key" but because file extensions was disabled in the explorer, it didn't showed the .txt extension. So actual filename was "skyvia_security_agent.key.txt".

After giving it the proper extension, the service worked properly.

Does it stop when the user, which the agent service is running under, is logged out from the server?

If so, the issue is related to local server configuration.

There is no specific recommendation on how to configure your server not to stop the service after your session ends.

You can try to use the following options:
