Hi

I am trying to setup Skyvia connect to enable connection between Salesforce and a SQL server connection.

First I created a Skyvia Connect endpoint as mentioned with OAuth 4.0 :

https://app.skyvia.com/#/endpoints/2705

Then I created an external data source in Salesforce with OAuth 4.0 and then trying to 'Validate and Sync'. Currently I have not setup any users/IP address for authentication. But it is throwing up an error as below :

"The external system responded with an HTTP error "400 Bad Request". The system tried to reach this URL: https://connect.skyvia.com/k0gnlgve/$metadata" .

Free Connect pricing plan allows to use only cloud data sources as connection for endpoints, databases are supported only in Basic plan and higher. Also, Free and Basic pricing plans allow to use only public endpoints. Authentication/IP access options are available only in Standard and Professional plans. Please refer to: https://skyvia.com/pricing

We have enabled Standard Trial plan (Connect) for your Skyvia account. You can use it till 11/01/2018.

Hi

Could you please enable the oData endpoint for 1 more week. We were not able to do any testing during the earlier period and would like to continue the same. This week. Please provide odata activation on a temp basis

Thanks for the support. We have created  SQL Server as an OData endpoint. Currently we are able to access the DB metadata as well as list of tables(entities) in the DB. We can also get a list of records as well as count of records when we give table name in URL.

How can we get individual records by passing a param in URL?

For example:

1) Return all the records in Invoice:

https://connect.skyvia.com/8vpw4ke7x/invoices

2) Return record with Id = 10

https://connect.skyvia.com/8vpw4ke7x/invoices('10')

3) Return DepartmentRefId for record with Id = 10

https://connect.skyvia.com/8vpw4ke7x/invoices('10')/DepartmentRefId
