Skyvia Data Limits

 Hey, we started running into data synhronization limits this month, although we havent made any significant changes to our packages. We have 500k records per month and hit the limit on the 16th of July, so our sync stopped after that. Is there any way we can get a more detailed look into our limits and why we may be hitting them this month as opposed to previous months? 

 

This is rather urgent as our syncs are no longer running.
