Skyvia restores the CRM data but not back into project and task format making it unusable, need to find solution asap

"Just to clarify for the restore, the problem we had previously in testing was that Skyvia restores the data at a granular level. However, it doesn’t restore into the format that we see it in Insightly. So rather than individual projects with all their tasks listed underneath, we end up with a mass of jumbled information that it would be impossible to rebuild into it’s current format."

Skyvia works with Insightly CRM via their REST API and is limited by this API. The data is retrieved and imported to this data source according to its API.
There are also some limitations in regard to the restore process of Insightly CRM data. Please check more details here.
