SkyVia is not loading mapping pag

Dear Team,

  When I click on "Edit" for mapping, the mapping page is not visible to us. The current page is getting refresh.   I am unable to do the some changes in the mapping. Please let me know how I can proceed further.

Hi Mariia,

 

I am using Google Chrome browser. Right now all the packages whose names are starting from "PULL ****" working fine.

But when ever I click on the "Pull Contact from MySQL", system is throwing error. Please find the attached screenshot.

 

Please find the issue and close it an soon as possible.

We have reproduced the issue and detected its reason. The reason - you have selected the "FKey_Staging_ID_Non_Ind" foreign key in your Import task. However, later, either the name of this foreign key was changed in your database table 'stg_tbl_cust_non_ind_dtl_sf' or this foreign key was removed. At the moment, according to the metadata of your MySQL connection, this table has this foreign key - "stg_tbl_cust_non_ind_dtl_sf_ibfk_1".

 

We will fix this issue and inform you about the results as soon as possible.
