we're having issues with the package SP Alerts Prod - we do not receive any success packages even though our data tells us there should be.
can you please tell us why is this happening?
We have checked your package. It fails with the following error on the last task ([Sales Ops] - ZF25 - SP Alerts - Acos Alerts - RAW_DATA (1).csv):
CSV file has invalid content or its structure does not correspond to the mapping defined in the package.
This error usually occurs when the structure of the CSV file in the source does not correspond to the structure of the file initially added to the Task, e.g. some columns are missing, added, renamed, reordered, etc. Another possible reason - is unexpected hidden characters in the file which may lead to violation of file integrity.
Thus, please check your file, for example, via NotePad++ and then reload the file to the Task (re-add from Google Drive to refresh columns lists) and check the mapping.
Try it and let us know the results.
the problem seems to be occuring since January 18th, run ID 79109146
Would it be possible to get the file that was added the day before (and worked) in order to compare them and find the error. Run ID of the file i am looking for is 7898241

Unfortunately, we do not store history for such old runs with the corresponding CSV files.
You can try reloading the current file to the task and refresh the mapping according to the new file structure.
