I am trying to use the Excel query add-in, but the the following error message when I click the Sign In button:
"Sorry, we can't load the add-in. Please make sure you have network and/or Internet connectivity. Click "Retry" once you're back online."
I am online and have no internet issues. Doing some research online suggests this may be a security permissions issue, but I haven't been able to find what I would need to change in order to get this to work.
Please let me know if there are particular settings I need to change in order to use the add-in. I am on Microsoft 365 with the latest version of Excel.
