Skyvia Query issue

Hi! I'm trying to export Magento data to data studio but with the direct connection it doesn't work, is way too slow, I can't handle it. 

 

I'm trying with the google sheets extension but I'm having this error (screenshot)

Could please login to Skyvia directly and perform the same actions there?

It will show us whether the issue hides in Google Data Studio, Google Sheets or our Magento connector itself.

1. Create new Query

2. Select the SalesOrders table using query builder

3. Please inform us about the result or provide the screenshot of the query result. Best regards,
