Skyvia restore problems not solved

I'm writing to you because we're experiencing some problems regarding Skyvia restore feature and I do not know what the next steps should be.   I have opened 3 tickets to the Support Team, one related to a Disaster Recovery that we're trying to test in our Sandbox environment. Here's the link just in case that you want to have a look at what I'm talking about.   We are not being able not only to restore objects from a specific package called EDA but also to have a look to the Skyvia's log files to try to figure out why it's not working.
And this request is due because we completely disagree with the last answer from your Support Team who says that the issue is related to Salesforce implementation of the sandbox and that the backup service is working on production and they consider the issue as solved.

Could you please tell us what we should do now to solve this problem?

Hi,

Thank you for submitting a ticket with us.

As was mentioned in the original ticket by its author, it's possible to restore objects on Salesforce production and not possible on sandbox. We would like to emphasize that when performing bulk restore, it's also possible to do restore to another production Salesforce org. In other words, back up production Salesforce org1 and restore to production Salesforce org2. There is no opportunity for us to check what is wrong with Salesforce sandbox.

Regarding logs, there is an issue with reflecting logs for restore in new UI. Currently, logs for failed records can't be reflected in new UI. You can download logs from old Skyvia UI. Once this issue is solved, we will let you know.

The situation with logs that are absent for other objects, most likely, relates to original issue with this EDA package and sandbox environment. We would be able to check that, if the issue is reproduced on production.

Hello,

The issue with logs has been fixed. The error log for failed records on restore operation can be downloaded now in new UI.
