Skyvia Why invoice Deleted on Source Channel?

Hi 

we are facing issue on Skyvia  Integration regrading Quickbooks To SalesForce.

we have set  up packages for download Invoice from Quickboos and Insert or update on Salesforce.

but we found issue Skyvia Deleted Invoice on our Quickbooks.

please adivise how we can recover it.?

Hello Shelby,

 

When using Import package, Skyvia does not perform any actions with the source data except for reading it (select operation). No deletes are performed in this case. 

Please check this case on your side. Probably, you have any other package (e.g. sync or import where QuickBooks is used as a target), any other tool or delete was performed manually.

 

Skyvia can restore deleted QB records only if you have a QB backup package with some snapshots.
