Hi

We have existing packages import and exporting for our CRM to BigCommerce for at least 6 months, but when I attempt to create a new package using the existing SQL connection I get this

A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: Named Pipes Provider, error: 40 - Could not open a connection to SQL Server)

Also happens if i test

As far as I know nothing has changed and I am concerned that if I edit the connection my current packages will fail which wopuld be a disaster

Please advise

Brian

Hello Brian,

Thank you for contacting our Skyvia Team!

Please note, at the moment, Skyvia uses two IP addresses: 40.118.246.204 and 13.86.253.112.

Probably, you need to white-list a new IP address.

Please let us know if this information helps.

Best regards,

Mariia
