sql related inquiry

zendesk에 연결하고 sql을 사용하고 있습니다. 일부 테이블의 조회 일뿐입니다. 일부는 볼 수 없습니다.

동일한 연결 조건에서 테이블 만 변경하여 검색했습니다. 표 1이 검색 됨 표 2를 볼 수 없습니다.

In the zendesk web page, the contents of the table are inquired.

Even now, if you search the table using skyvia, there is no searched content.

Hi,

We found out the reason and fixed the issue with not loading data from the Ticket table. 

The fix will be included in the next Skyvia updated which is planned to be released next week.

We will definitely inform you when it is available.

The fix has been released today with new Skyvia version and there should be no issues with Ticket table.
