Subscription Plan is not available

We have paid for the professional account but I keep getting "File Mask is not supported in your subscription plan."

and when I check the subscription section, it is as if we have not upgraded the plan.

As we see you have 2 acconts - one of them has Professional plan, and another one has Free plan.

Could you please check and make sure you are trying to use File Mask in the Proffesional account marked red on the screen below?
