Successful Jobs Can't Be Run Again

I am running jobs to import to Dynamics from two different Salesforce accounts. I got each of them running successfully with one record as a debug step. However, when I try to rerun the jobs (which ran in ~30 seconds), they run for about 30 minutes with no feedback until I cancel them. Do I need Bulk Query turned on? These will be processing a significant number of records if I can get them actually working. Thanks.

Hello Tom,

Thank you for contacting our Skyvia Team.

Sometimes, a package runs slower due to high load in Skyvia and big queues of packages. Another reason can be that there is some stop at the side of provider.

For example, the run ID 50255708 on the package ID 117137 was executed several hours and finally cancelled, however had a chance to return an error "The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized". Thas is an exception from Dynamics CRM regarding account object.

We would recommend running big packages at different time and re-run them not right after the previous run is over.

Should you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us back.

But I never saw any results from that run before it died on the 401. And that's been true of a number of long-runing jobs that I finally cancelled. Small test runs inject data within a minute or two, but these longer runs don't seem to do anything and never return any error rows.

Dear Tom,

Thank you for getting back to us.

It's the expected behaviour that there were not results when a task is cancelled. You see no results because Skyvia has no chance to end the job either with success or with failure.

Please do not cancel the integration job until it is over. If it runs all day long, for example, then you can contact us and we check from our side whether the job is stuck.

Should you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us back.
