Sync error between orgs

Hi, we seem to be running into issues with the Salesforce to Salesforce connection. Sometimes it completes with success but with no messages and sometimes fails with invalid cross reference id.

This is kind of a priority blocker for us, would you be able to help us here, please?

This issue is common for scenarios when migrating/syncing data from one Salesforce instance to another. Salesforce Ids are different from organization to organization. The same IDs are used when production relates to the sandbox.

We recommend you to check mapping for the OwnerId field (Target to Source direction) and similar mapping settings. OwnerId values are different in different orgs.
