Sync from Zoho accounts to Mysql target shows no records synced

I setup integration sync between ZOHO and MySQL. In the query window I see connection to ZOHO works, counting 406 accounts, when I run the sync, no error occors, but also no records are being processed.

As you see in the screenshots, I ran the sync multiple times, first time on 6/15, where I was setting up the connection. All same results

Let me know, how I need to change my configuration to make it work.

Please perform these steps:

- open your sync package, click Edit and reset the LastSyncTime value (Parameters section);

- make sure that the Time Zone of your Zoho CRM connection in Skyvia is the same as it is set in your Zoho CRM account;

- run the package (or create new similar package and run it).

i reset the LastSyncTime and set Zoho to Central time, still same result. I also tried UTC time zone as my mysql is on UTC. All have the same result.

 

How can I check the time zone in Skyvia? It seems from the log on the screen it also is Central

I found the solution, the time zone settings in Skyvia are at the connection settings and it was set blank, after setting it also to central time, now the accounts sync both ways
