I have tried setting up this target lookup and read all of the documentation but it is not working as expected. Every way I have setup it just creates a new record in Salesforce and is not matching off the names that I'm attempting to use. Is anyone able to assist me? I have already invested a few days setting up and testing but have not been successful. At this point I may just have to abandon and look at other options since I cannot resolve. If I can get to function I will need the paid version but at this point I can't even get this simple task to execute properly..

Package: Product Inventory

I am attempting to update the Product Inventory Item record in Salesforce (target) but since I don't know the Id of the record only the Name I setup the target lookup. No matter how I configure it fails. Please help asap!!

If everything is setup correct the only thing that I can find is that the results from the query are showing the trailing spaces on the field I am using to reference. But it does not appear that way in the actual data base?  P31A0D0AS01200           ;"

Hello Michael,

Thank you for submitting a ticket with us.

We had an advice with our development team and, most likely, there is a character in the record in your database that prevents lookup from working. Skyvia does not add any spaces from its side.

We would recommend finding that particular record in the database and checking if it has some bad Unicode character.

Should you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us back.
