Hi 

 

We keep receiving the followign error when running our scheduled job. Please can you assist in resolving this issue. thx

Hello. 

This error occurs on the Dynamics account's end.

Could you please check it by

  • executing any Query?
  • running an export with "Use new runtime" box ticked and without it?

Do you still receive this error?

Hello,

Sorry for keeping you waiting.

We have switched your package to "Use new runtime" mode - the issue should be eliminated by it.

New Error

 

The request channel timed out while waiting for a reply after 00:29:59.9375072. Increase the timeout value passed to the call to Request or increase the SendTimeout value on the Binding. The time allotted to this operation may have been a portion of a longer timeout.

We are terribly sorry for keeping you waiting.

Our Technical Team has troubleshot your issue, and here's the result:

  • We have noticed issues with your regional Dynamics server. Please contact Dynamics support to increase the requests limit. Here's a user with a similar issue.
  • As for the error "This could also be due to an HTTP request context being aborted by the server (possibly due to the service shutting down)" - it stands for server shutdown or connection interruption. Please have a look at this forum post
  • In Skyvia we recommend to modify the package settings to filter by date for the source to reduce the number of records.
  • Also, if the manual running works for you in the case of limits exceeded error, please continue to run the packages manually. We're afraid that until the Dynamics increases the limits on their end, it is the only working solution.
