Ticket data from Freshdesk status failed without any error messages

When running the package, the ticket table from freshdsk does not show any error messages, but instead return serveral errors of data. This causes other ticket related table having The remote server returned an error: (429) Too Many Requests.  Although, I tried to replicate only the ticket table, the results were the same, the ticket data is not being export, and does not appear any error.
