When we use conditions for import/export jobs sometimes we need to specify the condition as DateModified = TODAY or YESTERDAY or TOMORROW. In such case I believe Skyvia takes this date as per UTC date. But my source data could be stored in another timezone say EST.

So I will not get the correct set of data in job. Is my understanding correct?

Cant we have an option in Skyvia to set the timezone during creation of the import job so that it considers the same when making date comparisons.

Yes, this is correct. Skyvia queries data from Salesforce in UTC, so all the date/time values are converted to UTC. The relative constants are calculated in the local timezone, but are applied to datetime values in UTC.

We will investigate the possibility to add Timezone option and post here about the results as soon as possible.

If we have a condition in a job as LastModifiedDate equals YESTERDAYwhat would be the exact value of YESTERDAY that would be matched against the datetime field of LastModifiedDate ?

Or is the LastModifiedDate value converted to Date so time is not a factor?

It is correct. The LastModifiedDate value is converted to Date. Thus, YESTERDAY in this case is a previous day without any time.
