I have a Sync Integration that has been working great for weeks but ever since December 4 has failed. Here's a snippet:

Got any ideas? Very frustrating to have something break when I didn't do anything to it.

There is a similar issue related to such a scenario and we are working on it. This error occurs in case when package previously had one task and was performed successfully, however, additional task was added later and the error occurred. The recommended option is to use separate packages for new tasks.

Unfortunately, we cannot tell you any timeframe for fixing this issue at the moment. Please use the workarounds:

- create new package for new tasks;

- re-create the package with several tasks (new ones and tasks that you have in an existing package). In other words, you need to create a new package with both, Accounts and Contacts tasks. And do not create additional tasks in this package and do not change objects in existing tasks.

Notify us about the results.

Thank you for sharing. I guess I'll have to go back and redo my Sync packages.

This isn't really resolved (your system keeps asking me to say that it is). While I understand the frustration with not being able to find and fix this bug, until you do find an answer, this case should remain open as unresolved. Also, I feel that if your Sync is going to malfunction this way, the package limit on the account should be raised.
