Unable to Create a new FTP connection

Hello,    We have credentials of an FTP server. and it is accessible by using the FileZilla. No any issue in this case.    While I'm creating a new FTP connection in skyvia application, its unable to established connection.  It throwing an error.  For error please check below URL.    http://prntscr.com/fv1y2q

As we can see, you have two FTP connections in your Skyvia account. The "Shipperman FTP" is not working one.

Most likely, the issue is related to your FTP server configuration.

Please check your FTP server configuration, whitelist Skyvia's IP (40.118.246.204), if necessary, and check whether your FTP server has encryption enabled or not.

I've contacted to Godaddy Support. They said they have not blocked any IP and this is not issue from GoDaddy.  FTP server has encryption also enabled. 

Can you please suggest is any other workaround to resolve the issue.

FTP server has encryption also enabled.

Please open your FTP connection in Skyvia, click Edit and specify the Encryption Mode, SSL Cert and SSL Key. Please refer to:

Hi Mariia,

Thanks for your help. I got the solution, it's as below.

In the HOST field, I've tried IP address instead of Host Name. It resolved my problem. remaining part is same. 

Now its connect to FTP.
