I created a package that imports data to Salesforce. It's running fine but today it doesn't get the latest file from Google Drive that I uploaded for import. It contains 504 records and it kept on getting 592 records. Do you know the issue? Please advise ASAP.

Hello Nicole,

Thank you for submitting a ticket with us.

In case of Google Drive the file is accessed in a team of ID and file name. Please refer to these links: 1 , 2

As far as we know it is possible to rewrite the file on Google Drive without changing its ID. Here is an example

If you just modify the file with the same Id and name, Skyvia will handle this.

If you overwrite the file with the same Id, but change its name, Skyvia will not handle this - Import task stores name and Id of the file added to the task.

If you delete the file and create new one with the same name, Skyvia will not handle this, too.

Make sure that file has the same ID and is not overwritten.

Should you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us back.

Can we have a call to discuss this?

My number is +13023674885.

Dear Nicole,

Thank you for getting back to us.

There are 1042 failed records on the latest run ID 48951707 package ID 115505.

In order to find out what is the issue with these, you need to download an error log. Please check this link.
