Unable to modify Import Packages or Connections

Hi Skyvia Support,

 

I am unable to modify any existing import packages or connections today. I receive the error, 'Failed to dispatch'. Can you please advise? Luckily all import packages are running successfully. I am attempting to schedule my import packages earlier.

Hello,

 

We are sorry for the issue you have been facing.

This was an internal Skyvia issue related to our infrastructure in Microsoft Azure.

 

The issue has been fixed. Your connections should work as expected for now.
