Unable to purchase

I am unable to purchase a query subscription. I get a 500 error each time I try to activate an endpoint in the production user interface. I get no clear way to purchase a subscription with the Beta user interface. Please help.

Hello Tim!

 

We have fixed your account. Now you should be able to purchase a subscription.

Please note, in Skyvia New you can enable Connect or Query Trial and check if Skyvia suits your needs. For this, open your Account page https://new.skyvia.com/#/account/subscriptions, find Connect (or Query) and click 'Upgrade plan'. After this new page will be opened and you will be able to enable the trial.
