Unable to sign up with a Salesforce login

Hi there,

I'm trying to set up a new paid account for a customer of mine using a Salesforce login. Each time i try to sign up using Salesforce I enter my credentials, click log in and then receive an error message.

Please see this 20 second video which shows this issue.

I have attempted this 5 times now and also tried in an incognito tab, but have the same result each time. 

"Request Id: 48cc8189-dff6-4b6d-a6d4-db0dbaa50fb9".

I need to set this up asap - assumed it would just work but I must be doing something wrong. Thanks for you help
