Unable to upgrade - error message consistently being received

We're unable to upgrade our Skyvia data integration service, and would like help on this as soon as humanly possible.

When attempting to upgrade the Data Integration portion of your service from Free to Basic; and everytime I attempt to do this - I receive the error message "Error accessing web service. The remote server returned an error:

(400) Bad Request."

This error is received regardless of if doing so via Account > Data Integration > Upgrade; or pressing the upgrade now button (https://app.skyvia.com/#/plans/integration) within the Data Integration tab.
