Hi!
When i run an upsert to Salesforce its only updates existing products but NOT adding new ones.

Hello,
Please make these changes to the target Id mapping in both of your packages:
1) Package 192063:
2) Package 191846:
When using lookup mapping for ID or primary key columns in UPSERT, do not forget to select the Set null when no match found checkbox in Lookup Options. Otherwise, the lookup will produce errors if no such record is found, and there would be failed records instead of inserted new ones.
