Our package export has not been sent in almost 48 hours (June 15 at 8:00 pm).
Can you please look into this urgently and re-instate our service.
It may be due to our contract expiry, we had a delay as we had to go through procurement process due to skyvia changing entity to Verifone Payments.
I have attached proof of remittance as we have processed the payment and raised a Purchase Order.
