Good day,

We are looking for a backup solution for our Salesforce org. We came accross Skyvia and your product looks promesing. To give it a try we created an account and tried backup up our complete org. This results in various error messages, see below. Can you please explain how I can resolve these failures or at least point me to the documentation on which objects are supported or not?

Kind regards,

Jeroen Binnekamp

By the way your create ticket form is terrible. I cannot include my error messages because that would make my text to long and you ask for uploading files but this does not allow xlsx, csv or txt file extention not allowed?!?!?

Implementation restriction: ContentFolderItem requires a filter by Id or ParentContentFolderId using the equals or 'IN' operator

Implementation restriction: ContentFolderMember requires a filter by a single Id, ChildRecordId or ParentContentFolderId using the equals operator

DataStatistics | Where clauses should contain StatType

Error | BackupTask | EntityParticle | EntityParticle: a filter on a reified column is required [EntityDefinitionId,FieldDefinitionId,DurableId]

FieldDefinition: a filter on a reified column is required [EntityDefinitionId,DurableId]

The WHERE clause must contain a JobType field expression.

Getting all ListViewChartInstances is unsupported

All these errors are related to Salesforce API peculiarities.. There are such objects in Salesforce, which require special logics for data retrieving and the WHERE condition is required in the query (simple SELECT * FROM Table is not suitable for such objects). Please refer to: https://help.salesforce.com/apex/HTViewSolution?id=000113362&language=en_US

DatacloudAddress | An unexpected error occurred. Please include this ErrorId if you contact support: 185482146-969861 (716777517)

Unfrotunately, we don't have additional logging regarding this error. Please contact Salesforce support.

Please specify another errors for which you want to get additional information.
